ZYP-400KN and ZYP-600KN Sample Pressers are adopted the methods of internal mould sample-press, with features of easy operation, high efficiency and stable and reliable performance.
产品结构特点(dian) Characteristics of the Products
●内(nei)模式(shi)压样，压头行程100毫米。可用于硼(peng)酸、钢环、铝杯、塑环等各(ge)类(lei)压样方式(shi)，适用范围(wei)广，工作(zuo)稳定(ding)。 Adopted internal mould sample-press, pressure head travel is 100 mm. The products can be used for various kinds of sample-pressing methods such as boric acid, steel ring, aluminum cup, plastic ring etc., with characteristics of broad scope of application and stable working.
●*的缓加压(ya)、慢退(tui)模(mo)程(cheng)序(xu)更有利于保证压(ya)样合格率、提高压(ya)样样品质量。 With specific programs of slow pressurization and slow mould-release, the products are favorable to ensure acceptance rate of sample-press, improve sample quality of sample-press.
●特别设计的(de)集成(cheng)液压管(guan)道模块不仅(jin)使组装(zhuang)更加方(fang)便，而且减少了漏油机会。 With integrated hydraulic pipe block being specially designed, it not only makes assembling easier, but also reduces the chance of oil leak.
●加厚的油箱盖板使(shi)油泵和(he)电磁阀的动作(zuo)噪音更小。 With thickening oil-tank cover-board, it makes acting noise of oil pump and solenoid valve smaller.
●采用(yong)(yong)由可控硅集成的(de)(de)固态模块替代传统的(de)(de)接触器避免了由于电机频繁(fan)启动(dong)而引起的(de)(de)各类故(gu)障，有效提高了该(gai)部(bu)分的(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)寿命(ming)。 Adopted solid-state block of integrated silicon controlled to replace traditional contactor, it avoids various kinds of troubles caused by frequent starting of motor and efficiently increases service life of this section.
●继电器控(kong)制(zhi)部分采用印刷板焊接结(jie)构，减少了(le)控(kong)制(zhi)箱(xiang)的接线，提高了(le)电器控(kong)制(zhi)的可靠性。 The Control section of relay is adopted the welding structure of printed circuit board, it reduces wiring of control box, improves reliability of electric control.
●控制电源全部采用(yong)低压(ya)24V，工(gong)作更加安全可靠。 Control power source is fully adopted low-voltage of 24V, which makes work safer and more reliable.
●结构紧凑(cou)，占地面积小。 With compacting structure, small floor space.
